SERVICES

We offer an array of services to help you reach your body, mind, and spirit's FULL POTENTIAL. From private, semi-private, and small group personal training utilizing everything from dumbbells and stability balls to TRX, to group exercise classes (Hatha Yoga, TRX, Barre and Mat Pilates, and Pilates Fusion) for those that enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others, you will find your "home" with us in our private studio.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer private, semi-private, and small group personal training and specialize in wellness, TRX, functional training, and orthopedic pre- & post-rehab training. Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and trainer. By appointment only.

Initial Consultation

(required for new clients) $75

PRIVATE (1 person)

55-minute Sessions: 4 - $260; 8 - $480

30-minute Sessions: 4 - $160; 8 - $280

SEMI-PRIVATE (2 people)

55-minute Sessions:

4 - $170 each person; 8 - $320 each person

SMALL GROUP (3-4 people)

55-minute Sessions:

8 - $240 each person

PILATES FUSION

Pilates Fusion is a combination class that will seamlessly transition from one move to the next to strengthen and lengthen your body's "powerhouse", aka your core muscles (abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, etc.), while also providing a benefit for the muscles of the rest of the body. Instructors will mix traditional Mat Pilates with some Barre Pilates and some strength training to give students the best workout for the entire body! All levels welcome.

6:15-7:15am

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga will offer traditional yoga poses such as Sun Salutations and Warrior II. Instructors will verbally guide practitioners in an evolving series of poses. The practice will begin with calming the mind and focusing our breathing. The body will be opened and strengthened in a steady pace to prepare for the pinnacle posture. Attention will be given to alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength. These classes are perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.

 BARRE PILATES

Barre Pilates is a workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and traditional mat Pilates and will held build strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility. It is a low-impact moderate to high intensity full body workout using just your body weight and the barre, and sometimes you will use small weights, a ball, and/or resistance bands to add intensity to your class. All levels welcome. 

Tuesdays

6:15-7:15am

1st Saturday of each month

9:00-10:00am

TRX FLEX & STRETCH

Our TRX Flex & Stretch class is perfect for all fitness levels. Join us as we change up the style of workout each week to give you the best exercises for your entire body! We will use the TRX suspension training sytems, dumbells, stability balls, resistance bands, as well as some pilates and yoga to work your core, improve your overall strength and flexibility, and even help prevent injuries.

4th Saturday of each month

9:00-10:00am

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is a class that will seamlessly transition from one move to the next to strengthen and lengthen your body's "powerhouse", aka your core muscles (abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, etc.), while also providing a benefit for the muscles of the rest of the body. All levels welcome. 

 

5th Saturday of each month

15/15/15

Crunched for time? Still want a full body workout? Then this is the class for you! We will start with a warm-up and some heart rate increasing, cardio movements for the first 15 minutes. We will then work on muscular strength and endurance for the middle 15 minutes and then we will follow that up with core work, cool-down, and stretching for the final 15 minutes. All levels welcome. 

 

Wednesdays

5:30-6:15am

PILATES FLEX & STRETCH

Pilates Flex & Stretch is a class similar to Pilates Fusion in that will seamlessly transition from one move to the next to strengthen and lengthen your body's "Powerhouse", aka your core muscles (abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, etc.), while also providing a benefit for the muscles of the rest of your body. For this format, the instructor will focus on gentle movement, flexibility, mobility, and stability. All levels welcome.

Mondays

9:15-10:15am

ABOUT

Full Potential Personal Training began as a vision of the owner, Teresa Mowry, in the summer of 2015. By January 2016 we opened our doors in Suffolk and after an impactful first year, we moved to our current location in the Churchland/Western Branch area. Our goal is to help our clients reach their FULL POTENTIAL, no matter their personal goal!

 

Teresa has been a part of the fitness industry since 1998 and a certified Exercise Physiologist since 2004. She recognizes the growing gap between healthcare and fitness and through her studio, hopes to help individuals bridge that gap to assist them in living life to its fullest while doing so as pain free as possible. You will be be taken care of by her dedicated team of fitness and medical professionals. Start your journey today!
